We have visited many facilities across the UK to check whether they provide what they say they provide and would only book our clients into accommodation that meets our standards of requirement and is fit for purpose. It could be that we choose to take our clients equipment on their holiday as we can be confident the equipment has been prescribed by a healthcare professional to tailor their needs.

Staff from the company will be travelling with you and will remain with you throughout your holiday to support you in all aspects of your care in order for you to maximise the experience and enable you to have a worry free holiday.

Yes, we will consider every aspect of your holiday and build all costs for this into your initial quote, the quote will be itemised to enable our client’s to see what they are being charged for.  Should a client wish to organise their own insurance, this would be fine, it would be necessary to produce a copy of the insurance documents to our company at least a week before departure.

Ensure we are kept up to date with any changes, in most situations we would hope to adapt the package to suit our client, enabling them to fulfil their wish to go on holiday.  Please see our terms and condition regarding the need to cancel your holiday.

We don’t decide you do. Following an initial verbal consultation our staff will arrange an assessment with you and your family and/or carers at which a lot of information will be gathered, including where you would like to go on holiday. We then research and plan a holiday, tailored to your wishes and provide you with full costings and a proposed itinerary to enable you to decide whether you would like us to organise and facilitate the holiday for you.

Definitely this is something we will look at when putting together the itinerary for the holiday but it will also be possible to engage in additional appropriate activities when on holiday if the client so wishes. 

The more complex a person’s medical condition is will affect the cost of travel insurance, it is impossible to say by how much as each case is considered individually. Our company has links with a specialist insurance company who specialise in protecting people with medical conditions. This company only insures for travel in the UK and Europe.

Not currently, as the company is a relatively new company it has not traded for long enough to apply for membership, this is something that will be considered once we have enough history to allow us to apply.
